Property Purchase Due Diligence

• Purchasing a home is a huge investment, and while the building is inspected as part of the protocol, the trees are not. Tree work is not inexpensive, and imagine just having moved into your new abode to be confronted with 1000's of dollars of tree work that needs to be performed. ACA provides pre purchase property inspections where each tree is visually inspected for major defects. This is documented, with recommendations.

Property Inspections

• Each tree on the property is visually inspected and documented. Recommendations are provided that may include removals, monitoring, pruning and tree preservation.

Tree Inventories for Development

• ACA performs Tree Inventories for your development, ensuring compliance with the local Tree Ordinance, Specimen Tree reports written, if required. All provided information is utilized for the development of the Tree Preservation Plan and replacement or recompense calculations.

Plan Reviews

• Review of Plans that have already been produced, providing recommendations on amendments that may be required.

Arboricultural Prescriptions/RX

• During a development impact to a trees critical root zone (CRZ) may occur. Each municipality has its own requirements for Arboricultural Prescriptions to offset such impact. ACA develops plans that are in compliance with the local ordinance for: trees that have been impacted and trees that are to be planted on site.
